If you are unhappy for any reason with a product, we offer customers a 30 day return and refund policy.
If you would like to return a product, please email us in advance before you dispatch it, once you have had confirmation from us you can go ahead and send it back to us for a full refund.
Please note: All costs associated with any product return are to be covered by the customer. The customer is responsible if the return is lost during this process. Refunds can only be made to the same method of payment that the original purchase was made from.
